Brand Evolution
Role: UX / UI Designer
Team: 2 Designers, 1 PM, 7+ Developers (internal & external), 2 Testers
Timeline: 5 Months
Tools: Figma, Userbrain, Miro, Jira, Confluence
The Challenge:
The brand evolution was strictly timeboxed due to fixed marketing deadlines, including TV campaigns, merchandise, and a hard go-live date.
Alongside building a completely new design system, we first had to identify and prioritize the most important pages for redesign. While the agency provided high-level brandbook basics, it was up to our team to interpret these guidelines, define missing elements, and turn them into a functional and scalable system. All of this took place within a newly formed cross-functional team that had to align quickly and deliver under pressure.
The Goal
Our objective was to redesign — or at minimum reskin — the entire karriere.at website to reflect the new brand direction. The updated experience needed to clearly communicate the brand’s voice and experience drivers: encouraging, empathetic, professional. Beyond job listings, we wanted to position karriere.at as more than a platform: as a true career guide for users at every stage.
